Our Story and Philosophy
Founded by Al Honarvar, an industry veteran with decades of construction and remodeling experience, Advance Construction Concepts began with a simple but powerful philosophy: keep overhead costs low without sacrificing quality and pass the savings directly to our customers.
Unlike many contractors, we don’t maintain expensive showrooms or employ full-time sales consultants. This flexibility allows our clients to choose from a wide variety of brands and products for cabinets, countertops, and finishes. As a result, our price quotes often come in 15–30% lower than vendors with showroom overhead, while still delivering top-quality craftsmanship.

Meet the Founder
Advance Construction Concepts is led by Al Honarvar, who manages day-to-day operations and ensures each project is completed with professionalism and precision. With a master’s degree in computer science and a strong background in mathematics, Al brings problem-solving skills and technical expertise to every project. He has also been recognized by Fairfax County for his contributions in providing training opportunities for firefighters and law enforcement groups.
Al is known among clients for his hands-on involvement, responsiveness, and creative approach to design challenges. He ensures that clients and staff work in harmony toward the successful completion of every project — on time and within budget.
